How do in-person sessions in Miami work?
I'm based in Greenwich, Connecticut, and I travel to South Florida for in-person sessions. In Miami that covers Brickell, downtown and Coral Gables; up the coast, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton.
The date is set on the complimentary intro call, where we also decide what to work on. On the day, I come to your office and we work with AI on your own material for two hours or a half-day. Bring your laptop, your documents and the questions you've been meaning to ask about these tools.
Video sessions follow the same format with your screen shared, which is useful if a visit is a while away or you split your time between Florida and somewhere else.
What do Miami executives work on with AI?
South Florida's economy has a few strong threads: finance, investment firms and family offices in Brickell and Boca Raton; real estate and development; trade and business ties with Latin America; hospitality and tourism; and the marine industry around Fort Lauderdale. Plenty of business here crosses languages and borders, and a session aims the tools at that work.
- Investor and partner updates drafted from your notes, in your voice, then tightened before they go out.
- Bilingual work: drafts in English and Spanish, and translations checked for tone, with a fluent reader reviewing anything important.
- Reviewing a purchase agreement, a lease, an offering document or a management agreement and listing the points to raise.
- Due diligence research on a property, a market or a counterparty, with sources you can verify.
- Turning a long thread of messages into a clear summary of what was agreed and what's still open.
- Guest-facing and customer writing for hospitality businesses: responses, policies and announcements that sound like your brand.
What other ways are there to learn AI in Miami?
A university program. Miami Herbert Business School's Leadership in the Age of AI is an in-person executive program in Coral Gables for leaders who want strategy, peers and a certificate.
A workshop for your leadership team gives everyone the same baseline and rules for confidential data. If you want one, we can scope it on the intro call.
Self-paced online courses are inexpensive and fine for vocabulary, though they never use your own documents.
1-on-1 coaching is the most tailored of these formats: the session runs on your documents, at your pace, and I correct how you use the tools as you go. See how executive AI training formats compare on time and published price.

Common questions
Straight answers, the way I'd give them across a table.
Yes. I travel from Greenwich, CT to South Florida and meet you at your office in Brickell, downtown Miami or Coral Gables. We put the date on the calendar during the complimentary 30-minute intro call.
The Deep Dive is $1,000 for two hours, and the Intensive is $3,500 for a half-day. Prices are the same at your Miami office and over video, and you begin with a 30-minute intro call that's complimentary.
If your principals and leadership team want to learn together, say so on the intro call. We'll scope a workshop around your team's work and your rules for sensitive information, and individual sessions can follow.
Yes. Claude and ChatGPT both read and write Spanish, so drafts for Latin American partners and bilingual teams are fair game in a session. For anything that matters, have a fluent reader check the final wording, as you would with any translation.
Yes. Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton are part of my South Florida travel area, along with Miami. Let me know where your office is on the intro call.
