AI Coaching for Executives in New Jersey

I'm Pete Enestrom (Zaigo Coaching), and I coach executives in New Jersey 1-on-1 on using AI in their own work. Sessions are in person at your office in New Jersey (I travel to you) or remote, from $1,000 for a 2-hour session, starting with a complimentary 30-minute intro call. That covers Northern and Central Jersey, from Hoboken and Paramus to Short Hills, Morristown and Princeton.

How do in-person sessions in New Jersey work?

Northern New Jersey is a short drive from New York City, where I work, and from Greenwich, where I'm based. Hoboken is just across the Hudson. Paramus, Short Hills and Morristown are an easy trip by car or NJ Transit, and Princeton is a straight run down the Northeast Corridor. I come to all of them.

The date gets set on the intro call, along with what you want to work on. Then I come to your office and we sit down with your real documents: the deck due next week, the report you haven't read, the email you keep rewriting. Two hours for the Deep Dive, or a half-day for the Intensive.

When an in-person visit doesn't suit your calendar, the session runs remotely in exactly the same format, over video with your screen shared.

What do New Jersey executives work on in a session?

New Jersey's economy is known for pharmaceuticals and life sciences, financial firms on the Hudson waterfront, corporate headquarters across Morris and Bergen counties, retail around Paramus, and logistics tied to the ports and the Turnpike. Princeton adds a research and education community. Different industries, but the executive's week looks alike: documents to read, decisions to explain and updates to write. Those are the tasks a session tackles.

  • Reading dense material fast: a scientific summary, a regulatory letter or an analyst report, explained in plain language with the points that matter to you.
  • Writing for several audiences at once: one update rewritten for the board, the team and a key partner without starting over each time.
  • Preparing for a leadership offsite: an agenda, pre-reads and the hard questions the group should answer.
  • Supplier and logistics questions: comparing proposals, summarizing a contract's terms and drafting the follow-up.
  • Market and competitor research with sources you can check, ready before the meeting instead of after it.
  • Making sense of spreadsheets your team sends up, and asking the tool what changed and why.

What are the other ways to learn AI in New Jersey?

A university program in the state. Rutgers Business School's Mini-MBA: Artificial Intelligence is a structured program offered in person and online, good for a broad grounding and a credential.

A workshop for your leadership team sets a shared baseline and shared rules for sensitive material. If you want one, we can scope it on the intro call.

Self-paced courses online cost little and teach the basics, but don't touch your own documents.

Coaching is the option built entirely around your work: your files, your questions and live correction of how you use the tools. To weigh it against programs and courses on cost and time, see my comparison of AI training for executives.

Common questions

Straight answers, the way I'd give them across a table.

Yes. I travel to offices across Northern and Central New Jersey, including Hoboken, Paramus, Short Hills, Morristown and Princeton. New Jersey is a short trip from New York City and Greenwich, where I'm based. We set the date on the complimentary 30-minute intro call.

A 2-hour Deep Dive costs $1,000 and a half-day Intensive costs $3,500. Meeting at your New Jersey office or over video makes no difference to the price, and the 30-minute intro call is complimentary.

Yes. A remote session keeps the same format: video, a shared screen, and your own documents. You lose nothing important, because the work happens on the screen in both cases.

We can talk about it on the intro call. If you want the team trained together, we'll scope a workshop around your team's real tasks and your company's rules for sensitive data. Individual coaching for the senior people can follow.

Yes. Princeton and the rest of Central New Jersey are in my travel area, along with Hoboken, Bergen County and Morris County. Tell me where your office is on the intro call and we'll set a date.
