How do in-person sessions in Philadelphia work?
Philadelphia sits on the Northeast Corridor from New York, and I travel there from Greenwich for in-person sessions. That includes Center City, the Main Line suburbs, the office parks around King of Prussia, and Wilmington, Delaware, just down the river.
We settle the date during the complimentary intro call, together with the two or three pieces of work you most want help on. When I arrive, we work at your desk or in a meeting room, using your files and the AI tools you want to get good at. Bring the real thing; the session is built around it.
Remote is always an option. Over video with a shared screen, the session keeps its structure, and it's a practical way to start before an in-person visit in Philadelphia.
What do Philadelphia executives work on with AI?
The Philadelphia region is known for health systems and hospitals, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, its universities, and insurance and financial services. Across the state line, Wilmington is a center for banking and for corporate law. On the Main Line and around King of Prussia you'll find private companies, wealth managers and regional headquarters. The work that fills an executive's week across all of them is reading, writing and preparing to decide, and a session runs on exactly that.
- Making a long policy, regulation or compliance memo readable, and asking the tool what changed from the last version.
- Drafting a quarterly letter to clients or shareholders that sounds like you, from a page of rough notes.
- Turning a committee packet into a short brief, with the decisions you need from the group at the top.
- Reviewing an agreement before it goes to counsel, so your questions are specific and your legal time goes further.
- Writing a job description, a performance review or a reorganization note carefully and quickly.
- Researching a market or a potential partner with sourced answers you can verify.
What are the alternatives to 1-on-1 AI coaching in Philadelphia?
University executive education. Philadelphia's business schools are known for it, and a university program is the better buy if you want strategy frameworks, a cohort of peers from other companies and a certificate at the end. Check the school's own program page for current AI programs, dates and fees.
A workshop for your leadership team makes sense when several people need the same baseline and the same rules for confidential data. If that's your situation, we can scope one on the intro call.
Self-paced online courses fill the gap for anyone who wants vocabulary first and has time to practice alone.
1-on-1 coaching is the narrowest and most practical of the formats: your files, your pace, and me correcting your technique as you go. For a full comparison, read how 1-on-1 AI coaching compares with programs and courses.

Common questions
Straight answers, the way I'd give them across a table.
Yes. I travel from Greenwich, CT to Philadelphia for in-person sessions, whether your office is in Center City, on the Main Line or in King of Prussia. The date is set on the complimentary 30-minute intro call.
Sessions cost $1,000 for the 2-hour Deep Dive or $3,500 for the half-day Intensive, in person in Philadelphia or remote. The 30-minute intro call is complimentary, so you can decide before paying anything.
Raise it on the intro call. If you want the team trained together, we'll scope a workshop around your team's work and your rules for sensitive material. Individual 1-on-1 sessions for senior leaders can follow.
Patient information and confidential trial data should stay out of AI tools unless your organization has an approved setup and a written policy that allows it. Much of an executive's AI work doesn't need that data: summaries, memos, board prep and research. In a session we only open material your organization has cleared.
Yes. Wilmington is part of my Philadelphia travel area, so I meet executives there in person on the same terms: same format, same price, and the date set on the intro call.
