AI Coaching for Executives on Long Island
I'm Pete Enestrom (Zaigo Coaching), and I coach executives on Long Island 1-on-1 on using AI in their own work. Sessions are in person at your office on Long Island (I travel to you) or remote, from $1,000 for a 2-hour session, starting with a complimentary 30-minute intro call. I come out to Nassau and Suffolk alike, from Great Neck and Garden City to Melville and Huntington.

How do in-person AI sessions on Long Island work?
I split my time between Greenwich and New York City, and Long Island is a short trip from either one, by car or on the Long Island Rail Road out of Manhattan. Great Neck and Garden City are close to the city line. Melville and Huntington are farther out on the island, and I come to Suffolk County as readily as Nassau.
Here's how it runs. On the complimentary intro call we talk about your work and settle on a date. On the day, I arrive at your office with a laptop and we work through your real documents for two hours, or a half-day if you've booked the Intensive. No slides and no group: just you, the tools and the work.
If the drive or your calendar makes a visit awkward, we do the session remotely instead. It's the same structure over video, with your screen shared so I can watch how you use the tool and fix habits on the spot.
What does AI help Long Island executives with?
Long Island's economy is broad: large health systems, real estate developers and builders, wholesale and distribution businesses, law and accounting practices around Garden City and Melville, and a deep bench of family-owned companies. Plenty of island residents also lead teams in Manhattan. What these roles share is a heavy load of writing, reading and coordination, which is where these tools help most.
- Writing the hard letter: a price change to a long-time customer, a delay to a buyer, a policy change to employees.
- Summarizing long material such as a lease, a bid package, a payer contract or a consultant's report, and listing what to ask about.
- Getting a family business's knowledge out of one person's head: turning how the owner does things into written procedures a manager can follow.
- Preparing a lender, investor or board update from a messy set of notes and a spreadsheet.
- Checking a project schedule or a cost spreadsheet with AI in Excel, including formulas you'd normally ask someone else to write.
- Researching a site, a competitor or a supplier before a meeting, with links you can verify.
What other AI training options are there on Long Island?
A short executive program in the city. NYU Stern's Leading in the Age of AI is a two-day, in-person program in Manhattan for leaders thinking through AI strategy.
A group session for your management team, so everyone starts from the same baseline. If that's the goal, we can work out the scope on the intro call.
Free or low-cost video courses online teach vocabulary well, though the exercises aren't your work and nobody checks your habits.
One-on-one coaching is narrower and deeper than all of those: your own documents, your pace, and a person correcting your technique as you go. My comparison of executive AI training formats lays out the trade-offs, including published prices where providers list them.

Common questions
Straight answers, the way I'd give them across a table.
Yes. I travel from Greenwich and New York City to offices across Nassau and Suffolk County, including Garden City, Great Neck, Melville and Huntington. We pick the date together on the complimentary 30-minute intro call.
$1,000 for the two-hour Deep Dive, or $3,500 for the half-day Intensive. It's the same price at your Long Island office as it is over video, and the complimentary intro call comes first.
Yes. Remote sessions follow the same plan over video with a shared screen. Because AI work already happens on a screen, remote works well, and it saves you blocking time for a visit.
If you'd like your leadership team trained together, tell me on the intro call and we'll scope a workshop around the tasks your team actually handles. Individual sessions for the owners or senior leaders can follow.
It can be. Owner-led companies run on a few people's judgment and a lot of writing, which is exactly the work AI tools speed up. A session can cover both the owner's own work and how the next generation of leaders will use the tools.
